
As promised here are the additional photos of the thousand year old eggs that we had the pleasure of taste testing.
Shown above is the finished egg product with the shell fully intact.
Over to the far right - I'm not even joking - this is what the inside of the thousand year old eggs looks like with a bit of the egg shell removed.

And, finally the thousand year old egg neatly sliced in half. I took a bite. It was odd and then I HAD to hardboil one of its counterparts for comparison.
